Erzam Logistics Services Company partnered with Al Saqr Consulting Office to develop a large-scale turnkey project in the capital, Riyadh. AKA Contracting Company fully executed this ambitious project over four years, divided into four phases, with the goal of developing an integrated infrastructure that supports cold storage and modern administrative services.
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Implementation of all civil works according to the highest specifications
- ○ Precise and efficient installation of prefabricated steel structures
- ○ Professional interior and exterior architectural finishes
- ○ Execution of electrical and mechanical works with high efficiency
- ○ Supply and installation of galvanized sandwich panels filled with thermally insulating materials to meet cold storage requirements.

- ○ Establishment of four advanced cold stores
- ○ Design of a flexible and integrated work environment including offices and an administrative building
- ○ Supporting Erzam's infrastructure to enhance its logistics services in Riyadh
