Saudi Foam Plate Manufacturing Company appointed AKA Contracting Company to design, supply, and construct its new state-of-the-art factory in Riyadh. This large-scale turnkey project combined industrial-grade engineering with modern architectural and safety systems to meet the highest operational standards.
The scope covered the full execution of a pre-engineered steel structure building, a powerful 4.5 MW electrical system, and advanced HVAC, fire protection, and administrative facilities — all designed to support Spak’s manufacturing processes and ensure workplace safety, functionality, and energy efficiency.
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Complete civil works and foundation preparation
- ○ Erection of a pre-engineered steel structure building
- ○ Full architectural design and finishing of the administrative building, including: Modern aluminum facade and Interior finishes and related infrastructure works
- ○ Installation of UL/FM-certified firefighting system with: Integrated foam system and addressable fire alarm system
- ○ Design, supply, and installation of a 4.5 MW electrical system, including: Lighting and power distribution and DBs, MDBs, and all required LV cabling
