SMSA Express has partnered with Manar Al Sharq Engineering Consulting to implement a turnkey project within the Logistics Village at the King Fahd International Airport complex in Dammam.
The project began in June 2014 and lasted seven months, with completion in January 2015. The total construction area was 6,700 square meters, including a logistics warehouse and mezzanine offices to meet SMSA’s exacting operational requirements.
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Implementation of necessary civil works
- ○ Installation of prefabricated steel structures according to the highest standards
- ○ Interior and exterior architectural finishing works
- ○ Implementing electrical and mechanical systems efficiently and accurately
Results and assessment:
- ○ Establishing integrated operational facilities that meet the needs of SMSA
- ○ Completing the project within the specified time frame with high efficiency and quality
- ○ Interior and exterior architectural finishing works
- ○ This project is one of the successes added to the record of AKA Contracting Company in the field of logistics warehouses.
