Saudi Foam Plate Manufacturing partnered with AKA Contracting Company to execute a turnkey construction project for a multi-story accommodation facility within its premises in Saudi Arabia.
The project consisted of constructing a concrete accommodation building with four stories (G+3), containing over 70 fully equipped rooms designed to provide comfortable living quarters for the workforce. The building was developed to the highest standards, integrating all essential facilities to ensure safety, durability, and long-term operational efficiency.
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Full execution of reinforced concrete structural works
- ○ Comprehensive interior and exterior finishing to meet residential standards
- ○ Implementation of electrical systems, ensuring functionality and compliance
- ○ Installation of HVAC systems for climate control across all rooms and shared spaces
