We successfully delivered a turnkey logistics warehouse for SMSA Express in Tabuk Industrial City, a key project designed to strengthen logistics connectivity and support operations serving NEOM City.
Spanning 15,000 m², the facility integrates pre-engineered steel structures, comprehensive MEP systems, and advanced safety and monitoring solutions, including fire alarm networks, automatic sprinklers, and CCTV systems.
The project also included extensive asphalt paving over 8,000 m², modern architectural finishes, and a robust HVAC system that ensures climate stability for high-efficiency operations.

Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Implementation of precise civil works for the project foundations
- ○ Installation of prefabricated steel structures, an essential part of the infrastructure
- ○ Extensive asphalt works covering 8,000 square meters to facilitate movement within the site
- ○ Architectural finishes that enhance the exterior and interior appearance while adhering to functional requirements.
- ○ Installation of a comprehensive sewage network and plumbing works, an integrated electrical system equipped with modern and advanced lighting
- ○ Low-current systems including fire alarm and monitoring (CCTV cameras, automatic fire sprinklers, strategically placed extinguishers)
