In a strategic move to strengthen its supply chains, Multibrand partnered with Sahm Al Shamal Consulting Office to plan and implement a turnkey logistics project in Riyadh. AKA Contracting Company executed the project over a nine-month period, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety, to deliver a state-of-the-art facility that meets Multibrand ‘s modern storage and operational requirements .
Main ingredient details:
- ○ Cold storage: 4,300 m²
- ○ Mezzanine offices: 1,000 m²
- ○ Concrete administrative building (ground floor + 2 floors): 1,100 m²
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Implementation of basic civil works
- ○ Construction and installation of prefabricated steel structures
- ○ Precise architectural finishes ensure an ideal operating environment.
- ○ Integrated electromechanical works including electrical and mechanical systems required for facilities
- ○ Equipping buildings with ventilation and cooling systems suitable for cold storage applications
