We delivered a turnkey cold storage complex for Multi Brand Co. in Riyadh’s Sulay Industrial Area, a project designed to enhance the company’s logistics and cold chain capabilities.
The facility includes 4,300 m² of cold storage, 1,000 m² of mezzanine offices, and a 1,100 m² concrete administrative building (G+2), all developed to meet advanced operational and safety standards.
Our work covered comprehensive civil, structural, and architectural finishes, along with integrated electromechanical systems, precise HVAC installations, and temperature control solutions tailored for cold storage environments.
