As part of its ongoing efforts to modernize and develop residential communities, Al-Saedan Real Estate Company launched a comprehensive project to renovate an integrated residential complex in Riyadh. The project was fully implemented by AKA Contracting Company within a period of no more than six months. The project included a comprehensive update of the infrastructure and architecture of 41 villas and an administrative building, in addition to community facilities including two children’s playgrounds, a basketball court, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a service area.
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Comprehensive renovation of an underground parking lot to provide practical and safe solutions for residents.
- ○ Highly efficient waterproofing rehabilitation to protect against leaks and moisture
- ○ Complete repainting of all villas, buildings and facilities to give a vibrant and attractive
- ○ appearance. Replacement of all ceramic elements to achieve a balance between durability and aesthetics.
- ○ Updating sewerage and stormwater drainage networks to improve sustainability and prevent flooding.
- ○ Improved interior and exterior lighting system to enhance safety and comfort
- ○ Completely new landscaping including planting and beautifying open spaces.
- ○ Comprehensive maintenance and repainting of wooden doors to maintain their quality and beauty.
- ○ Inspect and repair electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems to ensure stable operation.
Results and assessment:
The project has achieved a qualitative transformation in the residential complex’s environment in terms of aesthetic and functional performance, contributing to enhancing the quality of life for residents and increasing the property’s value. It was successfully delivered on time, with full commitment to the highest standards of implementation and quality.
