We delivered a turnkey logistics warehouse for SMSA Express within the Logistics Village at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, in collaboration with Manar Al Sharq Engineering Consulting.
Completed in just seven months, the project covered a total built-up area of 6,700 m², including a main warehouse and mezzanine offices designed to meet SMSA’s operational efficiency standards.
The facility integrated pre-engineered steel structures, civil, electrical, and mechanical systems, along with high-quality architectural finishes to ensure both functionality and aesthetics.
