We executed a comprehensive renovation project for Al-Saedan Real Estate Company in Riyadh, revitalizing a residential complex consisting of 41 villas, an administrative building, and multiple community amenities.
The six-month project encompassed full infrastructure and architectural upgrades, including waterproofing rehabilitation, repainting, ceramic replacement, and system overhauls for plumbing, drainage, and electrical works.
Enhancements also included new landscaping, lighting improvements, children’s play areas, a swimming pool, sports facilities, and communal spaces designed to elevate residents’ quality of life.

Scope of work and services provided:
