We transformed a 15,000 m² dry warehouse in Jeddah into a fully climate-controlled storage facility tailored for sensitive goods.
The project featured the supply and installation of 22 high-capacity packaged HVAC units to ensure precise temperature control. Custom steel platforms were fabricated and erected to support the heavy HVAC systems. A fiber ducting system was installed to guarantee efficient and balanced air distribution throughout the facility.
To complete the transformation, we executed all electrical works required for seamless integration and reliable operation of the systems.
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Design and conversion of a 15,000 m² dry warehouse into a temperature-controlled facility
- ○ Supply and installation of 22 x 30-ton packaged HVAC units
- ○ Fabrication and erection of structural steel platforms to support HVAC units
