As part of the industrial expansion in Al Kharj, AKA Contracting Company implemented a turnkey project for BRC Saudi Industrial Company, to establish a modern factory for cutting and bending rebar. The project was implemented under the supervision of specialized consultants in just five months, with full commitment to the highest standards of quality and safety, reflecting the professionalism of implementation and meticulous planning.
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Precise civil works to prepare the site and equip it for construction
- ○ Construction and installation of prefabricated steel structures
- ○ Asphalt works covering 15,000 square meters, to ensure smooth movement within the site
- ○ Integrated plumbing and drainage system
- ○ Advanced electrical network with modern lighting fixtures
- ○ Low current systems include : ■ Fire alarm and monitoring system ■ Strategically placed CCTV security cameras
- ○ Low current systems (fire alarm + surveillance cameras)
- ○ Automatic fire extinguishing system supported by hydrants spread around the factory
- ○ Carefully deploy safety systems to enhance immediate response in emergencies.
