We successfully delivered a 4,200 m² turnkey cold storage facility in Riyadh, designed to meet high-performance cold chain standards. The project combined industrial-grade warehousing with modern administrative spaces. Our scope included complete civil works, foundation preparation, and the erection of a pre-engineered steel structure. We also executed full electrical works, installed HVAC systems, insulated cold storage areas with sandwich panels, and provided a compliant firefighting system. Additionally, a 500 m² administrative building was completed with full architectural finishes to ensure functionality and comfort.

Scope of work and services provided:
