We delivered a comprehensive turnkey renovation and fit-out project for Midea’s factory in Riyadh, combining industrial upgrades with modern administrative and logistics enhancements.

The scope included the renovation and commissioning of a new production line, the construction of advanced loading and unloading platforms, and the development of new office spaces featuring suspended ceilings, efficient lighting, and VRF HVAC systems for optimal energy use.
Additional works included the installation of glass partitions, fully equipped sanitary facilities, and advanced fire protection systems integrated with modern building services.
