SMSA Express has embarked on a turnkey transformation project, supervised by a distinguished consulting team from Tabuk Architectural Engineering Office and implemented by AKA Contracting Company. Located in the heart of Tabuk Industrial City, the project took eight months to complete and was successfully delivered on December 30, 2023. The project aims to serve NEOM City by creating a robust logistics center with a spacious built-up area of 15,000 square meters.
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Implementation of precise civil works for the project foundations
- ○ Installation of prefabricated steel structures, an essential part of the infrastructure
- ○ Extensive asphalt works covering 8,000 square meters to facilitate movement within the site
- ○ Architectural finishes that enhance the exterior and interior appearance while adhering to functional requirements.
- ○ Installation of a comprehensive sewage network and plumbing works, an integrated electrical system equipped with modern and advanced lighting
- ○ Low-current systems including fire alarm and monitoring (CCTV cameras, automatic fire sprinklers, strategically placed extinguishers)
- ○ A robust heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system regulates the indoor climate to improve operational efficiency
