We delivered a 12,000 m² turnkey factory in Riyadh, designed to support high-power manufacturing operations with advanced systems.
The project began with full civil works and foundation preparation, followed by the erection of a pre-engineered steel structure. A complete architectural design and finishing package was executed for the administrative building, combining functionality with modern aesthetics. To ensure safety, a UL/FM-certified firefighting system was installed.
Finally, we designed, supplied, and implemented a 4.5 MW electrical system to meet demanding operational requirements.
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Complete civil works and foundation preparation
- ○ Erection of a pre-engineered steel structure building
- ○ Full architectural design and finishing of the administrative building, including: Modern aluminum facade and Interior finishes and related infrastructure works
- ○ Installation of UL/FM-certified firefighting system with: Integrated foam system and addressable fire alarm system
- ○ Design, supply, and installation of a 4.5 MW electrical system, including: Lighting and power distribution and DBs, MDBs, and all required LV cabling
