We delivered a large-scale turnkey project for Erzam Logistics Company in Riyadh, executed in four phases to develop an integrated logistics complex that combines advanced cold storage and administrative facilities.
The project included the construction of four cold stores, a mezzanine office area, and a reinforced concrete administrative building, all designed to support high-efficiency logistics operations.
Pre-engineered steel structures and thermally insulated sandwich panels were installed to ensure temperature stability and long-term performance, while the mechanical, electrical, and architectural works were executed to the highest standards.
Scope of work and services provided:
- ○ Implementation of all civil works according to the highest specifications
- ○ Precise and efficient installation of prefabricated steel structures
- ○ Professional interior and exterior architectural finishes
- ○ Execution of electrical and mechanical works with high efficiency
- ○ Supply and installation of galvanized sandwich panels filled with thermally insulating materials to meet cold storage requirements.
