AKA Contracting was commissioned by Midea to upgrade and expand its factory in Riyadh. The project brought together industrial improvements with new administrative and logistics facilities. Key works included installing and commissioning a new production line to increase output, along with modern loading and unloading zones to improve transport flow and efficiency.
The development also introduced new office areas designed with suspended ceilings, efficient lighting, glass partitions, and modern HVAC systems to create a comfortable workspace. New sanitary facilities were built as well to enhance daily comfort. To support safe and reliable operations, the project added advanced fire protection systems, energy-saving VRF air-conditioning, and a new electrical room with transformers to ensure a stable power supply.
Scope of work and services provided:
