We executed a turnkey logistics warehouse for Omar Kasim Alesayi Marketing Co. Ltd. in collaboration with Future Vision Consulting Office, delivering a dry warehouse with an area of 12,000 m².
The project included civil works, pre-engineered steel structures, comprehensive MEP systems, and asphalt paving over 8,000 m² of outdoor area to ensure efficient operations.
The facility was equipped with advanced electrical and lighting systems, fire alarms, automatic sprinklers, and CCTV networks, all designed to meet strict industrial safety and sustainability standards.
