We executed a complete turnkey project for a four-story (G+3) reinforced concrete accommodation building within the Saudi Foam Plate Manufacturing premises.
The facility includes over 70 fully equipped rooms, integrating HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems to provide safe and comfortable living quarters for the workforce.
All interior and exterior finishes were completed to residential standards, ensuring long-term durability and operational efficiency.

Scope of work and services provided:
